What we collect.
- Information you give us: name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional) and order details.
- Payment information: processed directly by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatic information: pages visited, device type, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we collect it. To process and ship your order, send you order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — if you have consented — show you relevant ads and send you marketing emails.
Who we share it with.
- Shopify — our store and checkout platform.
- Our fulfillment partner — receives only your name and shipping address, in order to ship your order.
- Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal) — handle your payment.
- Advertising and analytics partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) — receive pseudonymized event data if you have consented to marketing cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@icelull.com. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it. Order and shipping confirmations are transactional and are always sent.
Data retention. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
Children. Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
