Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days after processing. Our products ship from our overseas fulfillment partner, which is how we keep the price at $29.99 instead of the $60+ you would pay for the same thing in a store.
Shipping cost. Free on all US orders. No minimum.
Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
Delays. Customs, weather and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@icelull.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
Wrong address. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Reshipping to a corrected address is free the first time.
